Redundant or Failover VPN

I guess there hasn't been and still isn't (V17 beta) the ability to specify a secondary IP for a remote site VPN. This will make a transition of a client site's ISP less than seamless. With Sonicwall the branch sites can point to two different IPs for a given remote and fail to the second one.
