One of my clients is requesting a read-only account so they can keep an eye on the configuration and -if possible- logging. I can't seem to find anything like it at first sight. Is it possible in an XG Firewall?

create a new user and then create a new profile or use one of the standards. There you can set which rights the specific user should have.
