Schritt für Schritt E-Mail Verschlüsselung SPX/OpenPGP

Hallo,

ich benötige Hilfe bei der Einrichtung der E-Mailverschlüsselung mit SPX bzw. auch OpenPGP. Was ist besser: SPX OpenPGP?
Eine best practice Lösung für diese Möglichkeit der Verschlüsselungsmethoden ist mir leider noch nicht offenbart.

Ich habe bereits Benutzer angelegt, Templates erstellt, SPX mit von der Sophos festgelegtem Kennwort getestet. Hierbei kam es zu erheblicher dauer der Zustellung der Mail. Ist das üblich dass de Zustellung dadurch verzögert wird (ca.1h)?

Nun möchte ich dies SPX-Portal als Webschnittstelle einrichten. Nur wie mache ich das Portal nach Außen sichtbar? Also welcher Hostname ist dort einzutragen?

Falls jemand eine best practice Lösung hat, auch in Bezug auf positive Akzeptanz bei der Kommunikation, bzw. einen Leitfaden für Verschlüsselung der Mails, bin ich gerne daran interessiert.

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    Have you seen How to Configure Email Encryption with SPX on the Sophos UTM?

    I'm not sure why it took an hour for an email to be sent - if you try to configure this again, do you see the same result, or can you conclude that something else caused the delay?

    The only parts of the SPX Portal that have a web interface is the selection of allowing the recipient to specify their own password and the selection of 'Enable SPX reply portal' to allow the recipient to reply with SPX encryption by the UTM.

    If you've followed The Zeroeth Rule in Rulz, you can leave the Hostname field empty and access will be granted automatically.
