Sophos DDNS not working

Hi Sophos Pro´s

 

i need help with the DDNS Service from Sophos. I wan´t to use this service to connect per SSL VPN. The problem is that the IP behinf contatech.firewall.co is the wrong.

If i ping contatech.firewall.co this is the answer

 

But in the XG Firewall i see an other IP

This is the correct one. With this it is possible to estabiles an SSL VPN. If i change the IP in the config File back to contatech.firewall.co the SSL VPN is not working.

What can be the reason for this?
