Security Hearbeat for on premises installations

2 years ago I created this thread and the issue/limitation is on SEC and not on XG.

Sophos is pushing for the cloud...but I do not agree with this plan. Some private and public customers will never move to cloud. Also do you imagine how much traffic is generated by the Sophos Agents back and forth ?

I do not understand why they are cutting out a lot of real easy selling product!

Its foolish to force this group of potential customers into the cloud.

We've done several meetings with decisionmakers where they're very impresed with this hearbeat feature, but where upsed that this can only be done in the cloud, the american cloud - it lacks transparency.

I wonder whose interests are the first - SOPHOS or the little customer (who by the way, brings in the money^^)

I love and still use SEC.
