Full DNAT No Internet

We are using XG Home with a SIP server at the local network. 

Setting up DNAT port forwarding with no problem when testing open ports but then the SIP server does not have internet if we turn on DNAT

 

Attached is the DNAT rule , newly added to test is the DNS DNAT rule. 

 

Any suggestions?
