We are running into situations where users trying to access the User Portal are receiving login errors if OTP is enabled. The user can login to the user portal with their username and password which then displays their QR code. When they accept the QR code and the web portal asks them to login again the user gets a failed login message and is not able to download the SSL VPN config. The system log however shows a successful login for them. If we turn off OTP across the board the user is able to login to the user portal just fine.
We are utilizing the Sophos XG market place image in Microsoft Azure. We are currently running the following version of the software SFOS 16.05.1 MR-1. I have included a copy of my OTP settings. Any suggestions for getting this to work? Thanks
