STUN Probleme P2P Alarmanlage

Guten Morgen zusammen, ich habe mir eine Alarmanlage von DAHUA gekauft die per P2P eine Verbindung zu Smartphones aufbauen kann. Leider wird die Verbindung immer geblockt und ich verstehe nicht genau warum. Bin Neuling was das betrifft und würde gerne Eure Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen.

Auch wenn die in den Firewall regeln eine Regel mit Any Any Any mache wird es dennoch geblockt. Was kann ich tun.

    Erstmal herzlich willkommen hier in der Community !

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    Alone among the logs, the Firewall Live Log presents abbreviated information in a format easier to read quickly.  Usually, you can't troubleshoot without looking at the corresponding line from the full Firewall log file.  Please post one line corresponding to the one above.

    Also, you might want to try the other possibilities in #1 in Rulz.

    Please show a picture of the firewall rule that should have allowed that packet.
