Strange usage

Hi

Can someone please explain why the XG itself appears to be maxing out our WAN. port 2 is WAN, port 1 is LAN

If is downloading data for itself it is a bit stupid to allow it to use all available bandwidth thereby halting the business.

Can you check if there are pattern updates going on the Firewall itself?

Hi

Only IPS and Application signatures that day but that was much later that the screenshot was taken.

To give you an idea i am in South Africa. The countries infrastructure is way behind, we only have a 4Mb synchronous link. We cannot afford to have it maxed out by the firewall.
