iView 3 vmware tools integration is missing

Hello,

I have installed iView 3 but my VMware vSphere 5 reports that the VM is missing VMware Tools integration.

To confirm this my Veeam Backup fails because it can't quiesce the VM snapshot

 

Is there a way to install the VMware Tools or have a 3rd-party tool like for the Sophos Email Appliance?
