Need to re-image Sophos-XG 210

Hi,

I have a client that sophos-xg 210 has problem. Sophos support team suggest to re-image the device. Any one can send me the link to download the letest version of image for above model. Please Help.

    You can download it from your mySophos Account at https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/login.aspx, once you are logged in goto Network Protection and Download Installers. Grab the "Hardware Installer" called "Firewall OS for XG Series"

    You will need to burn this ISO to a DVD and boot off it or create a bootable USB stick with something like Rufus or Image Writer (sometimes called Win32 Disk Imager), if you are using MacOS you can just use DD (with the windows tools you will need to ensure you use DD mode when writing the image)

    Once this is done attach a keyboard and monitor (or you can monitor from the Console Port with something like PuTTY), boot of the USB key and it will re-image the appliance to the factory image (make sure you remove the USB key before performing the final reboot)
