Is there a way to prevent traffic count from LAN to LAN ?

Is your configured destination network set to 'Any' ? you should configure the destination network to specific network/vlans only. 

Give it a shot, let us know how it goes.

Sorry, but you currently cannot use VLAN definitions in firewall rules.

As long as the traffic is traversing through any of the policy below it will be logged. Unless you turn off the log traffic under global settings. 

For VLAN to VLAN you may create a rule with no policy applied.
