Sophos XG blocking sophos community site

can you give us screenshot for problem?

The website does not load when connecting through the firewall.

The above is without the firewall

This is when using the firewall. Also noted that other https sites are OK.

Could you check log viewer if there is any drop connections under web/ips and Application filter?

In 16.5 many error pages have just a return code and a blank page.  You can look at the return code by using F12 in your browser, and looking at Network.  Reload the page.

In 17 errors now return full end user pages.
