Baidu site help

Hi,

We have this account that use baidu for uploading/downloading videos to client's baidu account and its using the same ISP with our VOIP (sometimes it causing us some jitters/delays). My question is how do I redirect all the baidu upload/download to my other ISP? What protocols/services should I use?

Hi,

You could try to create a separate firewall rule which has the destination network of the FQDN of Baidu,

Verify the placing of the policy where it would take precedence to your other policy, and make sure you point out in the firewall rule to the desired WAN gateway where this traffic would pass.

Give it a shot, let us know how it goes.

Hi,

Have you tried to point the wan gateway of that specific firewall rule to another gateway?
