Sophos XG filters community notification e-mail

I have noticed that I am getting the same issue.

I have got mail.community.sophos.com on the Spam Check Exceptions which doesn't seem to help.

Immediately after:

An initial check suggests that this is currently listed on the following RBLs:

- BACKSCATTERER (http://www.backscatterer.org/?ip=161.47.52.218)

- UCEPROTECTL1 (http://www.uceprotect.net/en/rblcheck.php?ipr=161.47.52.218)

Further investigation, if you disable the "Standard RBL Services" from the "Check for RBL" list in each incoming email profile, this will solve the problem.

It however does not get away from the fact that the Sophos Forum notification emails are coming from a server that is blacklisted on two RBLs.

I just wanted to send an update. The issue has now been resolved and the server IP address responsible for sending Community Email digests should no longer be blacklisted.

that explains why all of a sudden why i am receiving emails from the community that I have never received before and I mean ever since I joined the XG forums.
