Radius SSO Authentication failure

Hi,

 

Apologies if this is a duplicate question however I couldn't find any that covered this.

 

I have AD SSO and RADIUS SSO configured and working correctly; however I occasionally get an error in the Authentication Logs stating that a RADIUS SSO Authentication attempt failed. Upon closer analysis of the logs this only appears to occur when the credentials are presented in the DOMAIN\User format shortly after the same attempt is made once more but in the User@Domain format which seems to work fine.

 

Has anyone else had experience of this?
