VPN IPsec Connections Sophos XG to Mikrotik

My DefaultBranchOffice Policy additionally contains some AES128 Proposals. You should create a Policy which exactly matchs and remove those AES128 Proposals, so you have only 3DES.

After each modification of IPSec Profile, don't forget to shutdown tunnel and restart tunnel again so Security Association gets destroied and is built up with your new values.
