Hi all,
I have an XG 450 (Firmware 16.01.2) with Email Protection running in MTA mode. All is well on the Internet Email front.
However, I have Photocopiers set up to Scan to Email and the XG is blocking them with error Invalid HELO or Invalid RDNS. A simple Telnet:25 shows that the XG is intercepting the connection from the Photocopier and then rejecting the "email".
My internal corporate network is geographically distributed and all copiers are set to use a central corporate email server for SMTP delivery. We use Lotus Notes in the backend so all SMTP traffic is controlled/block except that going to and fro from the Lotus Notes Server.
How can I configure the XG is exclude all the photocopiers from being blocked? I've tried everything but can't seem to find the magic config to make this happen.
Any pointers would be most appreciated.
