Firefox is not a Microsoft product so natively cannot be managed through GPO.

I meant that Firefox is not reading the SSL from root authority on Windows. All other browsers do, thus don't have an issue. Firefox seems to ignore it.

As I wrote it is more a Firefox issue so you should post on Firefox community.
