Synology NAS does not connect to the Internet

Hello to all,
I have a problem with my Synology, it's all great but it can not connect to the internet to download apps or to make updates.
What am I doing wrong?

    your question is a little brief.

    Is the NAS actually connected to the firewall. Does the NAS have the firewall as its gateway and DNS. What firewall are you using and what version?

    Are you using clientless users?

    Please provide more details.
