Missing Authentication client Agent for WIndows 10 Mobile is unacceptable

I could not find the Windows 10 Mobile version of the XG authentication client whereas it's present for Android and iPhone. I think that a company, developing software for business, cannot play the same song of other app developers. The Windows Mobile 10 is, to me, the most powerful business tool. The fact that Microsoft lost its credibility with its marketing strategy (which is still incomprehensible), does not lift Sophos from the obligation to be widely compatible. I find this a lack of respect towards those customers who widely deployed these mobiles and had the courage (a couple of years ago) to invest in an emergent platform like the XG and its Sync security.

Very upset for this.

    I agree with you that the agent should be out of the box. Open a feature request on ideas.sophos.com so other people can vote it.

    Take note that every SW House build and implement features based on market analysis and customer feedbacks. They have other higher priority like SSL VPN custom port, improve MTA, bridging and so on.

    My disdain is born of the fact to be put in lesser priority. It should have been made available together with all the other platforms at the same time. If other priorities exist, should not have been made available for anyone. This is discrimination, and, for certain aspects, must not be dependent to any marketing analysis. At least, it's just a very little effort, it's just an authenticator, not a device manager agent. 

    Despite yr kind words, I'm Still upset :)

    this is how new products are developed. Take note that industry, manufactures, sw house, etc have limited resources so they need to use them as better possible. Every new product comes from marketing research. This is how things work. I took an exam at University that explains why new product works in this way.

    So open the feature request and I am sure other people will vote it and Sophos will consider it.
