Hi Community,

when I want to create a clientless user I get the following error.

"Some of the clientless users could not be registered"

I solved the issue. It gives an error at version 16.05.7. I returned to the previous version (16.05.5)

Hello

I have the firmware SFOS 16.05.8 MR-8, UTM Sophos XG-85 , the problem still occurs, how to solve it without downgrade ?

is the format of the email address assigned to each clientless user unique and correctly formatted?
