I am trying to add my Active Directory to Sophos XG 230 as an Authentication Server. But, I am keep getting that the credentials are wrong. What are the possible solutions/causes for such issue?! Is there any pre-configuration needed on the server side to add it into the firewall?! I am pretty sure about my credentials.
