Allowing Zips from a certain Website -> Policy interfering

Hey there im having trouble figuring out how to allow Zip Files from a certain Website. I have a policy that blocks Risk 4 and 5 applications so zips are generally blocked.

I have tried to whitelist that under Web-> Exceptions. I added the URL there and selected Policy checks but Zips from that Website are still blocked.

Is that even the right way?

please share what your web policy is and the exception.You should use file types under your policy on top of the other one.

Hi

This is the blocked Application when browsing http://babvonline.ihk.de/ and click on the Java Application

This is the the web policy of the rule that is applying

this is the application Control

i Tried to add an exception

and also to make a "Whitelist" like u can see in the second pic.

I added the URL as Category and allowed it for everyone in the fw rules
