What is the difference between Sophos XG210 and the Cyberoam 100ING?

Question

We are asking vendors for quotes for a new firewall. 
 One vendor quoted the Sophos XG210 and one quoted the Cyberoam 100ING. 
 Since both are now owned by Sophos, is one better than the other?

 XG210 has better performance and even newer HW. Go for a XG210.
