import .crt certificate

I have my GoDaddy certificate which was relatively straightforward to import into SEA.

However, for XG Firewall it asks for a .pem file and a .key file. I have converted the .crt file to .pem, but where does the .key file come from?

I have contacted GoDaddy and they advise you only get a .crt file

    Since, I did find that article and been working through it.

    Trying to use the last method at bottom of page and that is using IIS to import and export, to get the .key file.

    It would be a lot easier if the XG Firwall, has the same method as the SEA to import certificates.
