Viewing RED Log File

Hello,

We suddenly had a RED go offline last night. I'm unable to find any way to view the RED log files like we could in previous versions.

Can anyone tell me how I can connect and view a log file for RED so we can tell what is stopping the RED from connecting?

Mark,

Connect to XG advanced shell, cd /log and then have a look at the red.log file.

I was close. But, couldn't figure out what the file name was.
