Update Protection Policies to reflect Exchange 2013, 2016, RDS 2016 and so on

Dear Sophos,

with an update pattern, can you update the list of default protection policies? I have seen some confusion on Community and some incompatibility with new OS/SW features specially with Microsoft. New protection policies are needed.

At the moment the Protection Profile are too much general and this generate some confusion.
