Why Skpye classify as high risk application?

You can get all help directly from Application > Application list > click on each APP.

I still have the idea that risk should be editable and allow custom APP to be added to XG from Admin (using for example a tool that can be installed on workstation to catch all the headers, traffic connection and generate the APP).
