Cannot get a internet connection at all

Hi there,

The power went off yesterday and ever since it has came back on we cannot get any internet at all. The browsers just keep typing out when trying to load a website up. I can ping sites from the XG firewall and it appears the firewall has internet but not letting it though to the network. Any suggestions?

HTTPS & http rule is on the firewall for lan to wan.

Check patterns are correctly updated under backup & firmware.

Okay I'll check that out, our web / emailserver is still accesssable from the web so it's just not letting local users out to the web

Checked the pattern updates and they are all up to day, any thing else that could cause this issue?

Josh,

use the drop-packet-capture command from console and show the result. Make sure that the status of AV Pattern is not failed. What DNS server are your computers using?
