VPN Config will not download from User Portal

I know this question has been asked many times but I've gone through any solution I can find without success.  We have a XG 135 setup for SSL VPN, and get the issue where you click the links to download in the User Portal nothing happens.  I've dealt with this in the past and ultimately support did something with the certificate to resolve it.

Now like I said, I've tried many of the fixes found in the Community.  I've tried regenerating the CA, tried editing the default CA but no matter what I put into it gives an error "Certificate Authority details could not be updated or certificates could not be regenerated."  I opened case with support but he looked around a little bit and said he'd have to get back to me and look into the certificate issue.  While I wait for an update, any suggestions or things I can try?

  • Should have responded back to this.  The problem was an apostrophe.  However changing it in MyUTM wasn't the fix, support had to remove it somewhere on the backend and after that I needed to generate a new CA without the apostrophe in there.  At that point it worked great.
