Security Alert from MS Outlook

Hi,

Our company using Office 365 email.

Sometimes we are getting an security alert from MS Outlook saying that "The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust..." as attached below:

Current Firmware version on our Sophos UTM is 9.501-5 and web filter setting is set to URL filtering only for HTTPS traffic. And this is only profile under Web Protection.

 

Please advise how to solve this issue. Thank you.

    Could be :-

     

    1. You have not trusted the certification authority at the root.

    2. The certificate may be invalid or revoked.

    3. The certificate does not match the name of the site

    4. A third-party add-in or a third-party browser add-ins is preventing access.

     

    Try re adding the certificate to the local PC as well
