Hello; 
 I want to ban VPN programs, extensions and connections that are used to access restricted sites. I do not see the log viewer on facebook, youtube, etc, and the images on facebook and youtube are forbidden. For example ZenMate is turned on and can be used.

 You may add the application filter policy and add the category Proxy and Tunnel as per the snapshots attached.
