Video conference

Please help me.
I am unsing sopho XG310 and video conference.
The connection is failed when I receive a video conference from outside.
But it works properly if I call from myside.
Here are the list of opened port

Check #1 in my troubleshooting guide and show me the drop captures and the FW-rule configuration that handles the traffic.
