ACTIVE direactory credentials

Hi All,

I was trying to integrate an AD 2003 with the sophos XG (SFOS 16.06 MR6)

at first we successfully integrated, as per seen on the test connection result below:

but when pulling the groups on the import wizard it shows

and upon checking again the connectivity of the AD it fails.

but when I re-type the admin password it is again successful.

Has anyone experienced this here? why is the credentials suddenly fails?
