Can't ping alias WAN IP

Hi,

I have the ISP router ( IP ex. 1.1.1.1) connected to WAN port (IP ex. 1.1.1.2) of XG. I added one of my 8 public IPs (ex. 1.1.1.3) as alias to WAN port

WAN ping is enables. Why I can't ping IP 1.1.1.3 ? My ISP have to set anything on ISP router?

Hi,

Can you verify that your ping is enabled/checked on System > Administration > Device access

Hi Rap,

sure is enabled, I just create the alias on wan port without any rules, but I would expect to ping the alias interface...
