Wget error

Hi,

I want to download MODIS product from reverb|Eco website, but this time when i use wget in 'cmd' it gest error like this:

d:\wget -i data_url_script_2017-08-03_040409.txt

unable to establish SSL connection.

I will appreciate help me.
