I have problem with VOIP service

Dear admin

I have sophos XG210, i need config IP WAN VOIP to accept by pass FIREWALL RULE identify 0.

Beacause this rule deny packet UDP of service voip call.

I try config bypass in advened Firewall, ex: " set advanced-firewall bypass-stateful-firewall-config add source_network 103.237.148.13 source_netmask 255.255.255.255 dest_network 113.161.89.90 dest_netmask 255.255.255.255",

But lan local can not tracert to 103.237.148.13 (ip voip).

Please, help me with this problem.

Please upload your printscreens in a Resoulution so we can read anything on them, otherwise they are useless!

Do you have a Firewall rule, which allows corresponding traffic?

How is your SIP helper configured? Use console> system system_modules show Is sip here loaded?

Those Pakets are coming from Port2_ppp which is probably not in LAN Zone but in the WAN Zone and you do not have a Firewall Rule for that?
Neither Source or Destination IP looks like an internal IP Adress. What internal adressing Scheme are you using? Additionally this traffic doesn't look like VoIP.
