Hi,
I have a situation in our new XG 330. All VPN Users are having trouble accessing an internal web server via web browser. It gives the users the Error 502.
What I already did to isolate the issue:
- Removed the HTTP scan from the FW Rule
- I can ping via name and IP address while on VPN.
- I also changed the Destination networks to any on the VPN to LAN rule.
- I dont see any blocks on the logs as well.
- I have a temporary work around, i advised the users to access http://172.x.x.x for now.
- RDP and file access has no problems.
- Browsing external sites while on VPN is not an issue.
Do any of you guys experience the same issue?
