proxy is not enable on WAN zone. You can try to create an ACL exception (web proxy from your Public IP) and use the remote XG proxy using http://xgpublicip:3128

so you need to use the ISP WAN:3128 port in order to authenticate against XG. AFAIK proxy works only on the rest of zones except made for WAN. Using Local ACL as I said, you have to try if XG allows proxy to listen on WAN side.

If it does not, the configuration is not supported.
