Unable to Download SSL VPN Clients

You are likely to have Umlauts in any of your Certificates Field which is known to cause this Problem. Go to System > Certificates > Certificate Authorities > Edit Default Certificate > Check here whether no Umlauts are used> Save and try again.

If that still doesn't help, go to your corresponding MYSophos Portal > Network Protection > Contact Information > Remove all Umlauts as well > Save > go to your XG Firewall and Regenerate your Certificate agian.

I don't have any of those option on my firewall. I am using Sophos XG Azure appliance.

what XG firmware version are you running? The issue is the Default Certificate Authority.

Editing one field will do the trick!

It works now. After playing with some settings there, I basically just retyped the fields. What a strange issue.

Please share the steps with us, it might help us and other to come out of such issues.

if all the mandatory fields are not filled, the CA is not even eligible to issue Certificates.

This is happening many many times around the community. Sophos should investigate on this issue.
