Unable to Download SSL VPN Clients

I recently rolled out the SophosXG Azure appliance and am having problem downloading the ssl vpn client from the user portal. The links simply don't work and the one for windows sometimes works and when I try to install it errors out stating that this app cannot run on this PC. IM running Windows 10 and also have a Mac in which the download link does not work at all. Any ideas?

    Hi Ice,

    Did you try different Web Browser to download the clients? If trying different web browsers does not help then restart tomcat service. To do that, take SSH to XG and go to option 5. Device Management | 3. Advance console and execute:

    service tomcat:restart -ds nosync

    Unfortunately, the problem still exists. on the mac I get no response and on the windows 10 machine I get this app cannot run on this PC. I have tried multiple browser to include chrome Firefox and explorer.
