STAS not showing Live Users

Question

I am having a similar issue to one that has appeared here before. My STAS collector running on one of our DCs is showing a list of Live Users under the advanced tab. However, on the SF (XG330), there are no live users under Current Activities. The Windows Firewall is disabled, and all communications tests on the STAS Advanced tab succeed.

We resolved this. 
 We ran a wireshark capture on the collector DC searching for port 6677. The results showed that Sophos was sending it's inquiries from a source IP different than what I had configured the STAS Collector to point to the sophos appliance. We corrected the Sophos Appliance IP on the STAS Collector tab, then restarted the STAS service on the DC and it came right up
