Traffic shaping for a custom application in XG

We are trying to do traffic shaping for some applications that give a guaranteed bandwidth to each user.

The application i am trying apply QoS is not listed in XG. How would i add the application onto XG.

Its a verified application and hosted on AWS. Thanks

Good question.

If the application is not listed, contact Support and submit a feature request or open a feature request on ideas.sophos.com

You could use per-user Traffic Shaping but of course is not the same thing!
