SSO authentication shows log in and out for users

Hi everybody, i would like to know if it is normal to see in log that users authenticating via SSO continously logs in and out. I have this behavior in my network and sometimes its annoying, captive portal appears to som users and they are complayng. I have already disable in STAS logoff detection and configured deadentry timeout to 8 hours, however i can see in a packet capture that when a user logs in 1 to 2 minutes after XG logs user out and quickly log him in in a few seconds again, why that happens? How to avoid it? Sometimes user just keeps loged out from firewall. Any help please?

Please try setting (Disabling) the Dead Entry Timeout to 0 on the STAS suite

Thanks for your interest and your answer but i can not do that, i guess that doing that will keep the user logged on indefinitly, anyway i need to know how that works in details please, if someone could help explining the STAS functoning it would be great, as a test it is a válid one anyway AsadulHasan but i need to understand what i am doing before
