CRL, AIA and or OCSP through WAF: search HOW-TO

Question

hi all 
 1. search a how-to for Publishing a Windows ISS (CRL > Certificate revocation list), as example) through WAF! i can't find nothing (Internet) 
 In my case, i receive the HTTP Status code 403, 404 (for example /ocsp) but nowhere find a status code wich starts with 960015 or something similar . When i find something else, it is possible to edit my custom Protection Policies under the point Web Server and maybe, it will work? 
 remark: internally, the access works . 
 2. also very useful would be a list with all the Filter Numbers, as example 960015, or 981200 and more with a description :-)

 there is not a Filter Number list with the explaination of each one. Even on UTM9 you cannot find it. In order to configure the WAF module, create firewall using WAF module and use the logs in order to understand what is blocked and which is the filter id is blocking the request. 
 No other way around.
