Probleme nach Update mit der PDF Generierung

Hi,

Try different Web Browser to download the PDF format and if you still face a problem go to, Reports | Custom Logo | Change it to "default". Any luck after this change?

DM me the reportdb.log if the issue persists. Refer, Sophos Firewall: Where to find log files

today I updated a second XG a 105W and I have now the same problem on both XG's.

Both are not able to produce PDF's and as long as I am using the German frontend the help is not working. It shows Not Found. In English it is working.

There are no special Parameters set like Logo etc.

 

Any help is welcome

Hi Horst,

Confirmed, part of reporting is broken while translating to a different language. The fix is available in upcoming v17. It is mentioned under NC-16580.

Hi All,

I have an update, the download works with Chrome Browsers and it fails in the Safari and Firefox. We have bug IDs reported on these issues:

NC-7416: Not able to download PDF report for Safari browser

NC-7157: Not able to download PDF file reports from Firefox.
