sending something via facebook, email, whatever but just safe, without that others can read it, for example hackers, whats just the most secure way to send messages and on which device?

if you want to send safe messages, you need to use encryption. Make sure to encrypt the message (for email, messages, files, data in general). The best way is to digital signature that relies on PKI. With digital signature you can meet Authentication, Confidentiality, Privacy and Non-repudation.
