XG125 License Subscription

We have Sophos Sandbox license but for some reason within the XG125 firewall appliance Sandstorm is showing unsubscribed but in My Sophos devices the Sandstorm subscription is showing subscribed. I have synchronised the licenses and no issues are shown, applied the latest firmware and rebooted, however, Sandstorm is still showing as unsubscribed. When I press the Sandstorm widget I get an option to run a trial, but this takes me to My Sophos licenses where Sandstorm is subscribed.

Any advice what to do to get Sandstorm working within the XG125 appliance.
