IPsec site to site VPN slow

I configured IPsec VPN for veeam replication, its work but it's performance is fluctuating.

Overall its performance is slow but some time it became very slow and replication jobs failed.

Please suggest any solution

 

Note

We have 100/100 Mbps connection on both sides and minimum traffic at replication time( late night).

XG firewall have firmware 16.05.5.

on DR site we have two XG firewall one for gateway and 2nd is DR firewall.

    Hi Iferrare,

     

    On production firewall XG230 IPS, SSLVPN, web and application filtering is using and its CPU is usually consume  10 % and memory 40%. 

    40 to 50 user  and had VPN with 4 sites but no load on night time when replication job running.

    On DR site Firewall have not any load and used only for replication job.
